Products and Made-to-Order Items
Most Rose Lion products are made to order and produced by third-party fulfillment partners after an order is placed. Because production may begin shortly after purchase, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
We work to display product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, materials, sizes, and prices as accurately as possible. However, screen settings, manufacturing processes, product size, and print placement may cause slight differences between website images and the finished product.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, available options, size guide, care instructions, and Product & Apparel Disclaimers before placing an order.
Products, designs, prices, and availability may be changed or discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Rose Lion may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing, contact, and delivery information you provide is complete and accurate. Rose Lion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, discounts, and any shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
Payment must be authorized using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and Rose Lion does not receive or store your complete debit-card, credit-card, or payment-account information.
Rose Lion may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, destination restrictions, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If Rose Lion cancels a paid order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability depends on the product, fulfillment facility, and delivery address. Available shipping destinations and methods are confirmed during checkout. Some products may have destination restrictions, as explained on the individual product page or in our Product & Apparel Disclaimers.
Because products are made to order, estimated delivery times include both production and shipping. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Products in the same order may be produced at different facilities and delivered in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.
When free shipping is displayed during checkout, no standard shipping charge will be added to that order. Expedited or special shipping methods, when available, may require an additional charge.
Rose Lion is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist customers with eligible delivery problems.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping costs may be required before the order can be sent again.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact Rose Lion within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the tracking information and assist with an eligible claim.
Returns, Order Problems, and Cancellations
Because Rose Lion products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for selecting the wrong size or color, changing your mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review all product information and size guides carefully before ordering.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email rl@roselion.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the affected item and any damaged packaging.
Do not mail a product to Rose Lion, Printful, or another address unless Rose Lion provides return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed because production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Contact Rose Lion immediately if you notice an error. Once production has started, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled.
If a replacement or refund is approved, it will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing time depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights required by applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Rose Lion website or its services to:
Commit fraud, impersonate another person, provide false information, or make an unauthorized purchase.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything intended to damage, disable, or interfere with the website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to customer information, accounts, payment systems, servers, or other protected areas.
