How can I track my order?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Please email deb40112000@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and any damaged packaging. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Can I return or exchange an item if I selected the wrong size or color?
Because every Rose Lion product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color or for changing your mind. Please review the product description, color selection, and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email deb40112000@yahoo.com immediately if you notice an error. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
