Rose Lion products are made to order. Product images may include digital mockups and are provided for illustration purposes. Actual colors, proportions, print placement, and packaging may vary slightly depending on screen settings, product size, materials, and the manufacturing process. Please review all product details, size guides, and care instructions before purchasing.

Shipping Availability

Some Rose Lion products, including certain slides and high-top canvas shoes, may be fulfilled by regional partner facilities and may have destination restrictions. Availability is confirmed during checkout. Any known product-specific restrictions will be included on the product page. If an item cannot be delivered to the address entered, please choose another product or contact us for assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email rl@roselion.store within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and any damaged packaging. Do not mail the product back unless Rose Lion provides return instructions.

Product Sizing Disclaimer

Sizing and fit may vary between product styles and manufacturers. Always review the size guide provided on the individual product page before ordering. Slight measurement differences may occur during manufacturing. Because Rose Lion products are made to order, selecting the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Footwear Product Disclaimer

Rose Lion footwear may arrive in a branded shoebox that also serves as the shipping container. The box may develop minor scratches or dents during transit; this does not necessarily indicate damage to the footwear inside.

Darker printed designs may make portions of the shoe’s white base more noticeable. Very fine lines and small design details may also appear slightly blurred or uneven after printing.

The outsole pattern may vary by shoe style and size. Please review the individual product page for product-specific details before ordering.

A temporary glue odor may be present when the shoes first arrive. Place them in a well-ventilated area for a few days and allow the odor to dissipate before wearing.

Footwear sizes are displayed in U.S. sizes unless otherwise stated. Please review the size guide and measure carefully before ordering. Because each pair is made to order, selecting the wrong size does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Cut & Sew Product Disclaimer

Cut-and-sew and all-over-print products are individually printed, cut, and assembled. Exact print placement and perfect alignment of patterns or images across seams cannot be guaranteed.

Design elements placed outside the safe print area may be cropped or may not appear completely on the finished product.

If the original fabric is temporarily unavailable, a comparable fabric with similar qualities may be used to fulfill the order.

White or transparent areas in an all-over-print design may appear as the underlying fabric color rather than printed white, especially on products containing dark backing or interior layers.
